I think there may be some misunderstanding about how one qualifies for dorkbloggers. All you really need to do is accept your inner dorkiness. And blog. Say you know a lot of java script but cant recite lines from all six star wars episodes on command? You my friend are still a dork. Say you know zero about writing code or web design and nothing from sci-fi but you embarrass yourself in public on a regular basis? Welcome dorky one. Youve found your home.
Dorkbloggers will never revoke your button. Because everyone has those dorky moments (okay, some more than others), we just declare it upfront. You don't have to be a total dork (although we are), you just have to be familiar with the thought process--it can go one of two ways:
1> I cannot believe I just did/said that, maybe no one will notice
.
2> I cannot wait to tell (insert best friend's name here) that I did/said that. What a dork I am!
In case number one, you have yet to embrace your inner dork. It's time to let go and just roll with it!In case number two, you've probably already blogged about it, may even have had a t-shirt made. You, my friend, need a dorkbloggers button.

crap. Sorry. I am so not equipped for this. What should i do? Move it back or leave it here? (i noticed its not affecting your counts) ;)
Buddy...my best advice would be leave a link on the old post to the new post when ya move it, that way people can still find it untill blogger can or do update thier links...:)

Ok I fixed it. I dont know why some of you cant vote. And I really dont understand how this mess fails to prove that I am truly beyond a prince/princess and am goddess of dork.
Personally.....I think we need to cut the admins here some slack.
This was meant to be a fun lil contest....and a try at something new. True perhaps almost everything that could go wrong has.......but c'mon...it's a contest based on FRIDAY THE 13TH!! :)

Ash...I don't know if this helps....but on my browser..if the poll isn't working at first...I find that if I click on the very top entry..it works..and then lets you move down to your choice...then submit by clicking on the vote button..:)
I don't know if I'm dissapointed or relieved that I don't have any votes. :) Hang in there with the tech difficulties. Y'all are doing great.
